Felt a little tired but really pushed. Would you please tell me exactly what a sumo squat is.
Leg Extension: 95 x 10, 125 x 10, 155 x 10, 185 x 10
Front Squats: 95 x 10, 115 x 10, 135 x 10, 155 x 10, 175 x 10, 185 x 10
Sumo Squats: 70 x 10, 80 x 10, 90 x 10, 100 x 10
Step Ups: 3 x (with 40 lbs dumbells)
Calf Singles
