Was a little careful with my hamstring. Felt good but didn't want to risk any injury.

Leg Press 
4.5 plates either side x 1, 
5.5 plates either side x 1, 
6.5 plates either side x 1, 
7.5 plates either side x 2 
Stiff Legs 1 x 100, 4 x 110 
Squat (Regular)  2 x 225, 1 x 275 
Walk Lunge 3 x 85 
Calf Raise 2 x 220, 2 x 260
