I felt pretty strong doing incline press better than I remember.  Still weaker on flat bar press.

Chest Dips Chains 20, 22, 23, 24  
Flat Bar Press 1 x 155, 2 x 185
Barbell Curl  2 x 80, 3 x 110
Tricep Press 1 x 65, 1 x 72, 2 x 87
Rope Curl 1 x 32, 1 x 42
Dumbell Extension  2 x 30
