Wasn't feeling too well. Managed to push through.

Incline Db:  70 x 10, 75 x 10, 80 x 10, 85 x 8
Tricep Extension:  25 x 10, 30 x 10(2)
Dumbell Lateral:  35 x 10, 40 x 10, 45 x 10
Abs
