Getting more into the workouts. I did not include my training with you on saturday Joe. 

Flat Bench Light:  135 x 10(2), 155 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 7(2)
Incline Dumbell:  70 x 10, 75 x 10, 80 x 7, 85 x 5
Tricep extensions: 30 x 10, 35 x 10(2)
Dumbell lateral raises:  30 x 10, 40 x 10, 45 x 10
