I kept my squats deep. Used smith machine so weight is higher than usual.
Squat 1 x 135, 1 x 185, 1 x 225, 1 x 275, 2 x 315
Leg Ext 1 x 85, 1 x 135, 1 x 170, 1 x 220
Leg Curl 1 x 100, 1 x 160, 1 x 200, 1 x 250
Lunges 3 x 90
Calf Raises 2 x 190, 2 x 210, (20 reps)
