I am doing my best to keep my squats deep. I didn't quite get the depth on the last set. And no problem with back or knee stiffening.

Leg Ext 1 x 85, 1 x 135, 1 x 170, 1 x 220
Leg Curl 1 x 80, 1 x 110, 1 x 140, 1 x 165
Lunges 3 x 85
Calf Raises 2 x 190, 2 x 210, (20 reps)
